Hex Trust has completed its milestone(s) set in the CIP-0087. The voting proposal is to mint a portion of the Unclaimed Rewards by a partyID provided by Hex Trust, based on the calculation approved by the Tokenomics working group. This is a fixed proposal with the right amount of CC. 10 CC is minted in a separate vote request.
